Host a Summit
Did you know it is FREE for districts to host an EdTechTeam Summit?
In fact, you receive 10% in complimentary ticket sales for your teachers to attend the Summit. We are looking for enthusiastic hosts that want to share their space for these fantastic Summits.
These high-intensity two-day events focus on deploying, integrating, and using Google Apps for Education, iOS and Future Ready concepts to promote student learning in K-12 and higher education. The typical program features Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators, solution providers, Google engineers, and representatives from the Google education teams. The EdTechTeam works with you, your institution and our world class educators, trainers and administrators to organize a seamless event for educators in your region to learn, share, and collaborate about learning in the digital age.
If you’re interested in having EdTechTeam host a summit at your site or in your region, fill out the online request form below. This form will collect all the information we need to generate a draft proposal for your review.
Host a Bootcamp featuring Google For Education
EdTechTeam GAFE Certification Bootcamps are 1, 2 or 3-day events with only 20-30 participants per session and if there are at least 20 paid tickets sold for the event, the host district receives 3 complimentary registrations. This Bootcamp set-up means that one single district does not have to be financially responsible for the event. As it is a ticketed event, advertising to neighboring districts and/or schools will help bring the event to you.
There are three types of Bootcamps to choose from. Two cater directly to teachers for their professional development and one focuses on a train the trainer model. Each Bootcamp offers content that directly help attendees become certified in Google’s Educator Level 1, Educator Level 2, or Google Trainer.
