I love the statement, having an iPad to use does not mean that you have to change everything you are already doing. I think so many individuals believe that when trying to integrate technology into the classroom that every lesson plan created must be changed. iPads are here to encourage more learning and help students develop their technology skills for the future. iPads do not need to be utilized 24/7 within the classroom, but as the teacher can keep them in use efficiently.

I really enjoyed reading your blog, iPads are becoming more prevalent within the teaching and learning community. It’s difficult to know where to start when teaching with an I pad and your blog was very helpful. I agree that iPads really add to hands on learning, and students can use videos, pictures, and their voice on their technology. Differentiation is so important within classrooms and iPads truly help make differentiation possible with so many students in one classroom. This was very well written, thank you!

I have always asked myself why we need to implement technology into the classroom. When I grew up, technology was never used in the classroom and I learned just as much. After reading this blog, I can say I completely agree and I am so excited to learn about all of the different ways to use technology in my classroom one day. IPads and computers can help students learn in so many ways. Children are very lucky to have access to technology today!
